WHO WE ARE.
United Integrity Infrastructure (“UII”) owns and manages open access, carbon neutral telecommunications infrastructure.
UII’s mission is to acquire, develop, and enable access to digital infrastructure assets underpinning the next generation of services and applications:
- Regional, distributed, and well-connected data centers;
- Wireless towers, rooftop rights, and wireless radios;
- Fiber optic assets, conduits, rights of way, or other physical broadband asses.
UII’s Investment Criteria targets assets characterized by common underwriting criteria. Additionally, UII is focused on:
- Anchor cash flows with ability to grow through value-add opportunistic investing and operational improvements;
- Sustainable and community integrated operating philosophy.
UII’s extensive professional networks and its industry leading experience provide unique deal sourcing and partnership opportunities to drive value.

Integrity
We operate mission critical infrastructure, and therefore, integrity of design, operations and communications are vital to seamless experiences. Further, digital infrastructure, by definition, must inter-operate with other systems and networks. Accordingly, neutral host, open access technology, integrity of engineering and the adherence to standardization are core tenets of our operating principles.
Community
We operate regional, edge data centers and digital infrastructure which serves local communities. We seek to integrate open access technology to deliver high quality, low-latency applications and localized interconnection services, ultimately improving service and reducing cost to learning and technology institutions, municipalities and regional networks.
Sustainability
Our facilities are screened for access to renewable energy and if inadequate resources are available, the site level operating model will always include investment in renewable resources.
Innovation
We seek to bring cutting-edge technologies and innovations to local communities. We partner with local and national institutions to leverage test and develop environments and we leverage our unique advisory network to provide access to otherwise inaccessible technologies on a local level.
